Alejandra is a consummate finance professional, having occupied several positions in strategy and financial direction in Mexican companies over the last fifteen years.  She is currently the Finance Director for a large diversified holding company in  Mexico.  We have relied on Alejandra since NYBay's founding, first in New York City as she began her career, and now she is an integral part of all of our strategy teams advising Mexico-based clients, or foreign clients wanting to do business in Mexico, in local M&A and capital raising.

Alejandra has both a master's and a bachelor's degree in financial management from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico City, and completed advanced finance courses at the New York School of Finance in Manhattan.
